Independent Financial Adviser
Ian began in Financial Services 11 years ago working for a lending subsidiary of HSBC Bank. In 2007 he became the Sales and Service Manager in the Plymouth City branch, subsequently moving on to become a Financial Planning Manager for the Bank which covered much of the South West.
After 2 years Ian looked to broaden his horizons and took the decision to become self-employed under the Openwork Network. Although he enjoyed working for the practice and network he was a part of, he wanted to take his career a step further and become Independent. Joining Pavey Group has given Ian the opportunity to achieve this goal.
Having been a Financial Adviser for nearly 8 years, Ian has chosen to specialise in the Investments and Pensions sector, in particular ensuring that clients are getting the most from their Pension Provision.
At home, Ian is married with a 8 year old son and most of his spare time is taken up helping his community as Firefighter for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
