Directors and Officers Liability

You have a limited liability company. The company's liability is limited; your personal liability as a director is unlimited.

Exposure to the risks as a director are not dependent on the size of your company.

D&O insurance provides a pool of money for the directors and officers of the company to be utilised to fund defence costs and settlement costs and the cost of legal representation at investigations.

Cover is also available for partnerships and LLP’s.
