This policy we offer protects officials of the golf union and the organisation against claims made against them for wrongful acts. Wrongful acts can include any actual or alleged breach of duty, breach of trust, neglect, error, omission, breach of warranty or authority caused in the course of the business.
The policy will also cover the organisation itself and its officials, committee members, employees and also volunteers who may get drawn into any actions.
This insurance is arranged on a claims made basis of settlement where the policy covers claims made against the Golf Union during the period of insurance for any wrongful act regardless of when the incident actually occurred.
Our insurance is arranged by AIG Europe UK Ltd.
