The policy for Single Holiday Cottage Owners and Letting Agents
The bespoke policy wording provides wide cover and realistic security and unoccupancy conditions which generally will not affect the cover provided.
Cover includes loss of income, owners liabilities and full accidental damage cover.
Members receive preferential terms and Pavey Group pay 5% of the premiums collected to Premier Cottages to assist with running costs.
Features of the scheme are as follows:
- 'All risks' cover as standard including equipment breakdown (boilers etc) and subsidence

- loss of metered water
- theft of keys
